Most alcohol-free sparkling drinks are flavoured soft drinks in a wine bottle. Rabarbra NULL is not: it starts as the producer’s own rhubarb wine, has the alcohol removed, and is finished with fresh cold-pressed rhubarb juice. The producer describes it as the only alcohol-free sparkling wine made in Estonia on that basis.
Taste
Dry, fruity and fresh, closer to a sparkling wine than to a soft drink. Residual sugar sits at 3.0–3.5 g/100 ml, well below most competitors in the category.
