Smuuud is Natty’s smooth peanut butter — “smooth” is exactly what the Estonian name plays on. It is the finest grind in their range and the only one made without any salt at all, so the peanut flavour comes through cleanly and the jar stays neutral enough to use in sweet cooking.
What is in it
Organic peanuts, and that is the whole list. Natty state plainly that they add no sugars, fats or oils to their products. The small amount of sodium shown in the nutrition data occurs naturally in the peanuts rather than being added as salt.
How to use it
The fine texture is the practical difference here. It blends into smoothies without leaving pieces, stirs into porridge and yoghurt, and behaves predictably in baking and desserts where a crunchy butter would not. It also works straight from the jar with a spoon.

Storage
Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Once opened, the producer gives three months at room temperature. Natural oil separation is normal — stir it back through before use.
