Kranži is the crunchy one — known elsewhere in the world simply as “crunchy”, and by Natty’s account the most popular spread in Estonia. Crushed roasted peanuts are stirred back into the smooth base for texture, and sea salt crystals are added, which both season the butter and add a second kind of crunch.
What is in it
Organic peanuts and sea salt. Natty add no sugars, fats or oils to their products, so the fat content comes entirely from the peanuts themselves.
How to use it
Straightforward on bread or toast, where the texture is the point. It also holds up well in savoury cooking — satay-style sauces, noodle dressings — because the salt is already in the jar. For smoothies and fine baking, the smooth Smuuud is the easier choice.

Storage
Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Once opened, the producer gives three months at room temperature. Natural oil separation is normal — stir it back through before use.
