Choco Manolo takes Natty’s crunchy organic peanut butter and brings dark chocolate into it, with sea salt crystals running through. The salt is the reason it does not read as simply sweet: it sharpens both the chocolate and the roasted peanut instead of flattening them.
How to use it
It is the jar to reach for in desserts — folded through yoghurt, spread on pancakes or toast, spooned over ice cream, or used as a filling in baking. It also adds depth to savoury dishes where a little chocolate and salt work in your favour, in the same way a mole sauce uses them.
