Coffee

The current Brazilian coffee from The Brick is produced by Eduardo Franceschilli, with the Yellow Catucai variety and Natural processing. Tasting notes: hazelnut, peanut butter and baked apple. These describe its flavour profile. Coffee is a seasonal product; the farm and variety may change with a new harvest.

Ingredients and storage

Glögg ingredients: apple juice, cherry juice, honey, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves.

Glögg storage: store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Consume immediately after opening.
