Estonian Honey
Our honey is harvested from the rich flora of the Pandivere Upland, on the farmlands around Väike-Maarja. The foundation for producing high-quality, flavorful honey is a strong and healthy bee colony. In early summer, the main nectar sources are willow, maple, and dandelion, followed later by white clover, wild raspberry, rapeseed, and fireweed.
